This 2D adventure game thrusts players into a new town, requiring them to fall into the good graces of the Guild Master through assisting your newfound community. Beneath the surface, the game weaves an allegorical experience, mirroring what it can feel like to be a workaholic, completionist, and perfectionist. As quests accumulate, your movement slows and the field of vision constricts with becoming overburdened. This project was created as the midterm for our Making Meaningful Games course at American University.
